Welcome to PHILL HERITAGE MULTIMEDIA, a division of Phill Heritage Media Limited. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services

PHILL HERITAGE MULTIMEDIA provides professional multimedia production services including photography, videography, podcasts, documentaries, news and talk shows, event coverage, and event management. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees are outlined in individual service agreements or quotes.

2. Booking & Payments

• A non-refundable deposit (typically 50%) is required to secure your booking date.
• Remaining balance is due upon project completion or as specified in your contract.
• Late payments may incur additional fees and delay delivery of final materials.
• All prices are quoted in Nigerian Naira (NGN) unless otherwise stated.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations made more than 30 days before the scheduled date may receive a partial refund of amounts paid beyond the deposit. Cancellations within 30 days forfeit the deposit. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

4. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

• PHILL HERITAGE MULTIMEDIA retains copyright of all raw footage, photographs, and production materials unless full buyout rights are purchased.
• Clients receive a license to use delivered final products for agreed purposes as specified in the service contract.
• We reserve the right to use completed work in our portfolio, website, social media, and marketing unless a confidentiality agreement is in place.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate project information and timely feedback during production
• Obtain necessary permissions, permits, and releases for filming locations and participants
• Ensure a safe working environment for our team during on-site productions
• Provide access to venues and resources as agreed in the project brief

6. Turnaround & Delivery

Standard delivery timelines vary by service type and are communicated during booking. Rush delivery may be available at additional cost. PHILL HERITAGE MULTIMEDIA is not liable for delays caused by client unavailability, force majeure, or third-party factors beyond our control.

7. Revisions

Each project includes a specified number of revision rounds as outlined in your quote. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope will be billed at our standard hourly editing rate.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific project in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost profits or data.

9. Equipment & Data

While we maintain robust backup procedures, clients are advised to maintain their own copies of delivered materials. We retain project files for a limited period (typically 12 months) after delivery, after which files may be archived or deleted.

10. Website Use

Content on this website is for general information only. We make no warranties about completeness or accuracy. Unauthorized reproduction of website content, images, or branding is prohibited.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation, and if necessary, the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria.
